🧪 Installing Experimental Versions
A detailed guide on how to install experimental versions of MiBlend.
Warning! Experimental versions may contain critical bugs and be unstable. Only install them for testing new features, exploring the addon, or at your own risk. Do not use them in important projects!
Go to the Builds Page
Click this link to go to GitHub Actions. Here you'll find all automatic MiBlend builds.
Select the Desired Commit
The list of commits is sorted by date: the newest builds are at the top, and older ones are below. Choose the one you need.
Log in to GitHub
Downloading artifacts is only available to authorized GitHub users. If you haven't logged into your account yet, please do so.
Download the Artifact
Scroll down the page to the "Artifacts" section. Find and click on
MiBlend Experimental Auto Build
to download the ZIP archive with the addon.Install the Addon in Blender
Install the downloaded ZIP archive in Blender as a regular addon.
Important: It's recommended to restart Blender after installation for changes to take effect correctly.
Done!
Congratulations! The experimental version of MiBlend has been successfully installed and is ready for use.
