It is designed to be included exclusively in debug and staging builds of your Flutter application. It must never be included in production builds distributed to end users. Including xRay in a production build: - exposes internal network traffic, log output, and key-value storage (including secure storage) over the local network - creates a serious security and privacy risk for your users - is a violation of these terms You are solely responsible for ensuring xRay is excluded from production builds. See [Quick Start](/getting-started) for the recommended debug-only setup pattern. --- ## Disclaimer of liability **xRay and its packages are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.** To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, impaktfull and its contributors: - make no warranties regarding security, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement - are **not liable** for any data breach, unauthorized access, or exposure of sensitive data that results from including xRay in a non-development build - are **not liable** for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this software This includes but is not limited to: exposure of credentials, tokens, personally identifiable information, or any other sensitive data captured or exposed by the inspector server. **You assume all risk for how and where you integrate xRay.** --- ## Licensing Use of xRay requires a valid license.
