Terms and conditions for using xRay Inspector, including liability limitations and intended use.

By installing, copying, or using any xRay package, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
xRay is a product by impaktfull.
Intended use
xRay is a development and QA tool only. It is designed to be included exclusively in debug and staging builds of your Flutter application. It must never be included in production builds distributed to end users.
Including xRay in a production build:
- exposes internal network traffic, log output, and key-value storage (including secure storage) over the local network
- creates a serious security and privacy risk for your users
- is a violation of these terms
You are solely responsible for ensuring xRay is excluded from production builds. See Quick Start for the recommended debug-only setup pattern.
Disclaimer of liability
xRay and its packages are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, impaktfull and its contributors:
- make no warranties regarding security, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
- are not liable for any data breach, unauthorized access, or exposure of sensitive data that results from including xRay in a non-development build
- are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this software
This includes but is not limited to: exposure of credentials, tokens, personally identifiable information, or any other sensitive data captured or exposed by the inspector server.
You assume all risk for how and where you integrate xRay.

Use of xRay requires a valid license. See the License page for available license types, eligibility requirements, and restrictions.
