Flutter 3.13 update

All the starter projects have been updated to the latest Flutter 3.13 and Dart 3.1 release.

To run the latest code, make sure you're running on Flutter 3.13.

If you're still on an older version, run flutter upgrade.

Then, run flutter doctor and make sure everything is installed correctly:

Running on Android#

The Android project has been updated to use Gradle 8.0.

When running the project on Android, Gradle 8.0 should be automatically installed (if you don't already have it). More info here:

Running on iOS and macOS#

Flutter 3.13 requires Xcode 14 and macOS 13 to develop for iOS and macOS.

So make sure you have those installed.
