The warning banner appears in initialization, opening sensor modes and when temperature, pH or ORP have a measure_mode maintenance

• Maintenance warns that data may be outdated.
• Initialization/Opening warns that data may be incomplete.
• The rest of the card is still shown, but it is visually grayed out.
